Engelsk titel
Water Aerobics Reduces Sick Leave due to Low Back Pain During PregnancySammanfattning av projektet

Inlagda MeSH-termer- Therapeutic Human Experimentation
- Human experimentation that is intended to benefit the subjects on whom it is performed.
- Adolescent
- A person 13 to 18 years of age.
- Adult
- A person having attained full growth or maturity. Adults are of 19 through 44 years of age.
- Exercise Therapy
- Motion of the body or its parts to relieve symptoms or to improve function, leading to PHYSICAL FITNESS, but not PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
- Female
- Humans
- Members of the species Homo sapiens.
- Low Back Pain
- Acute or chronic pain in the lumbar or sacral regions, which may be associated with musculo-ligamentous SPRAINS AND STRAINS; INTERVERTEBRAL DISK DISPLACEMENT; and other conditions.
- Nurse's Role
- The expected function of a member of the nursing profession.
- Nursing Evaluation Research
- Research carried out by nurses that uses interviews, data collection, observation, surveys, etc., to evaluate nursing, health, clinical, and nursing education programs and curricula, and which also demonstrates the value of such evaluation.
- Pain Measurement
- Scales, questionnaires, tests, and other methods used to assess pain severity and duration in patients or experimental animals to aid in diagnosis, therapy, and physiological studies.
- Pregnancy
- The status during which female mammals carry their developing young (EMBRYOS or FETUSES) in utero before birth, beginning from FERTILIZATION to BIRTH.
- Pregnancy Complications
- Conditions or pathological processes associated with pregnancy. They can occur during or after pregnancy, and range from minor discomforts to serious diseases that require medical interventions. They include diseases in pregnant females, and pregnancies in females with diseases.
- Prenatal Care
- Care provided the pregnant woman in order to prevent complications, and decrease the incidence of maternal and prenatal mortality.
- Risk Factors
- An aspect of personal behavior or lifestyle, environmental exposure, or inborn or inherited characteristic, which, on the basis of epidemiologic evidence, is known to be associated with a health-related condition considered important to prevent.
