Projektet syftar till att i två steg studera hur olika förutsättningar påverkar vård- och omsorgsplaneringens kvalitet med avseende på brukarnas delaktighet under beslutsprocessen samt samverkan mellan olika yrkesgrupper och verksamheter.Typ av projekt
