Sammanfattning av projektet

Projektet syftar till att i två steg studera hur olika förutsättningar påverkar vård- och omsorgsplaneringens kvalitet med avseende på brukarnas delaktighet under beslutsprocessen samt samverkan mellan olika yrkesgrupper och verksamheter.

Social Welfare

Patient Care Planning

Social Planning

Interactional process combining investigation, discussion, and agreement by a number of people in the preparation and carrying out of a program to ameliorate conditions of need or social pathology in the community. It usually involves the action of a formal political, legal, or recognized voluntary body.

Aged

A person 65 through 79 years of age. For a person older than 79 years, AGED, 80 AND OVER is available.

Geriatric Nursing

Nursing care of the aged patient given in the home, the hospital, or special institutions such as nursing homes, psychiatric institutions, etc.

Alcoholism

A primary, chronic disease with genetic, psychosocial, and environmental factors influencing its development and manifestations. The disease is often progressive and fatal. It is characterized by impaired control over drinking, preoccupation with the drug alcohol, use of alcohol despite adverse consequences, and distortions in thinking, most notably denial. Each of these symptoms may be continuous or periodic.
