Autumn conference
On 6 November 2009, Gothia Forum has organized a conference for all parties interested in clinical research in Sweden and the Nordic countries. The venue is the Swedish Exhibition; Congress Centre, Gothenburg.
On the programme:

-Listen to the government delegation for clinical research
-Do some networking; participate in panel discussions and workshops!
Gothia Forum for clinical research is a new unit within Region Västra Götaland (VGR) designed to serve as a meeting place and resource centre for all those involved in clinical research within the region.
Apart from providing a centralized bank of knowledge and information about ongoing and planned clinical research, Gothia Forum also functions as a portal to all resources for collaborative research within Region Västra Götaland. Research scientists and colleagues within the region, as well as Swedish and foreign research institutions, can consult the Forum, which operates on a network basis.
Partners within Gothia Forum are the Sahlgrenska Academy, Sahlgrenska University Hospital, the research industry (as represented by AstraZeneca, MSD and Pfizer), Chalmers University of Technology and Region Västra Götaland.
